What if I am not able to access my Page account?

Please follow these simple steps if you are having trouble accessing your Page account:

Proper information makes it easier for us to verify your details. You can use this email- to contact us and we will reply within the next 24 hours.


What if I lose/forget the password of my account?

If you forget your password, hit the forget password button and enter your registered email. All the required instructions to log back to your account will be shared on the in email associated with your Page account.


Can I use a single email address to link multiple accounts?

Yes, you can link to multiple accounts with a single email address. After your registration is complete, click the edit page button and hit the add links option to add links to multiple accounts.


How can I delete my account on Page?

Option 1: Although we’d be sad to see you leave the Page community, we do offer the option to pause your account, which will make your account not visible. If you’d like to delete your account, please follow the instructions under settings


Does Page Card work on all smartphones?

Yes, Page Card features QR Code and Tap (NFC technology). Most modern phones already support the tap feature. All smartphones support QR. No app is required. On some Android phones, you’d need to turn on the NFC feature for Page Card to work. iPhone 8 and older does not support NFC devices so you’ll have to use the QR code instead.
